CONFIDENCE

We recently left our Spaniel Willow with Cranford Dog Care whilst we went on holiday for 6 nights. It can be scary leaving your pets in someone else's care, but there is no one else I have more confidence in than Michelle. Her communication throughout the holiday, letting us know how Willow was, sending us pictures was fantastic. I had all the faith in the world that Willow was in the best hands and care possible.

Cranford Dog Care offer a super clean (I don't know how she has such a clean house as a home boarder!!) warm home from home holiday for your pups while you go away. It meant we could totally relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about Willow!

UNDERSTANDS DOGS

Michelle is the best dog boarder. Our Romanian rescue Kayla is very happy to be part of her pack. Michelle and her dogs are very welcoming, and puts you at ease straight away. She really understands dogs and is a very good judge of their character and how they will fit it. The dogs are loved and fussed and she really offer a home from home experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Michelle and her family for making a very nervous rescue and her mum extremely happy.

WELL LOOKED AFTER

Couldn't have been happier with home to home care. My two cockapoos Angel and Rosie were so well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle.

KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT DOGS

Michelle was recommended to me via a local online forum... quite a number of times, I was reassured she was well thought of by fellow dog parents.

Lola is a highly sensitive, scatty and hard to train little girl.

It wasn't until both girls stayed with Michelle for 10 days we realised how much we had allowed her to get away with.

On our return Michelle sat me down with a cup of tea, no rushing and calmly explained what she had witnessed. What she explained made so much sense. We had allowed Lola to feel she needed to be Alpha in our Home. The barking at everything to protect us, hardly sleeping and being "wired" all the time, needing to eat in a different room from Pippa as she was dominant and marking her territory.

I can't begin to express our surprise and relief at how quickly we saw results, literally within a day. The barking, scent marking, dominance has stopped and she is a calm happy dog.

I can't recommend Michelle highly enough. She's caring and loving to the pooches and incredibly knowledgeable about dog behaviour and helping put together a plan that suits your household.
